Organic Brown Mustard seeds are great for making curry powder blends and making spicy and strongly flavoured condiments such as salad dressings and marinades. You can also use them for making mustard mashed potato, vegetable dishes, as well as pickling, making chutneys and other preserves. There are 3 main mustard seeds which you can buy, Yellow, brown and black, with brown and black being very similar to each other. The only way to tell the difference between both brown and black mustard seeds is by comparing the size of them, with the black mustard seeds being slightly larger. Also the taste of the brown mustard seeds is a slightly milder taste to the pallet. Supplied in our Bio Pouches with Resalable Zipper (ECO Friendly Stand-up Paper Pouch).
